Natural wonder of the world

Among the seven natural wonders of the world are the Great Barrier Reef , Harbour of Rio de Janeiro , Mount Everest , Aurora , Parícutin Volcano , Victoria Falls but the Grand Canyon must have been the most magnificent of all!

Arrived at Monterey. This is the fisherman wharf where we took a cruise out to the sea to
do whale watching and back to have a sumptuos seafood lunch at Old Fisherman's Grotto

Carmel by the sea is a tranquil small town where
rich & old retirees build big and nice cottages / houses to settle in


This Best Western Inn was where we stayed - very hard to locate
(driving in the dark with no street lamps). There is a huge supermarket
nearby where we could pack sandwiches to the beach
