Just went to Chen Restaurant in district 5. It is opened by a Taiwanese, renowned for its mutton hotpot. The broth is nothing to shout about (maybe I ordered the wrong type?) but the fried rice was great!

Hotpot craze in Vietnam
If you want to setup a F&B here in Vietnam, you'll never go wrong with Hotpot. The Vietnamese simply love their hotpot. Its found everywhere - Vietnamese restaurants, Japanese restaurants, Korean restaurants, Chinese restaurants and even in food courts.
